Celebrating almost 12 Years of Cooperative Economics, The Shrine Cultural & Events Center is home to the original and largest BUY BLACK MARKETPLACE in the Southwest area seeking to provide holiday shoppers with the opportunity to support Black businesses and entrepreneurs during the shopping season.

Black people in America spend 1.8 trillion dollars a year which makes us the 12th largest economy in the world. The largest employer in any community is their own people. It is possible for us to be prosperous and in control of our own destiny.

 

Join the many Black Business Owners, Authors, Food vendors present from 11 am until 5 pm.

Times and Dates
 

The Buy Black Marketplace is a family-friendly event every 1st and 3rd Saturday during Black History Month.  Beginning March 2, 2024, it will be held every 1st Saturday of each month from 11 am - 5 pm.

Note: 1 ticket represents 1 table place at BBM Event. Final Price represents a 2.9% & .30 credit card fee or $1.32 per ticket sale (whichever is greater).

 

 

To all vendors, simply select the type of vending ticket (e.g. Mary Kay, Food Truck, etc.), the number of tickets desired, and follow the process to complete purchase. 2.9% fee + .30 or $1.32 (whichever is greater) credit card processing fee per ticket will be charged.
